Oh I'm sorry @phateffect, I mislead you. I did not realise the version
property was being used for dependencies in `poms/bom/pom.xml`. Can you revert
[6aa0e7b](https://github.com/apache/camel-quarkus/pull/8645/commits/6aa0e7b40670029373640d0461ca4c23d7127fd0).
