About the out-of-scope point: I checked it, and it is real on main (after a restart, an endpoint with an injected `pubnub` client either gets the destroyed client back through autowiring, so publishing fails, or builds its own client from the URI options). #27305 already fixes it: the endpoint no longer destroys a client it did not create, and with that branch the injected client survives a stop and start.
