**Idea: support `evaluationType` in the language expression syntax**
Currently the OpenFeature language expression is just the flag key (e.g.
`enrichment-enabled`). The `evaluationType` defaults to `boolean` for
predicates and `variant` for expressions.
We could allow users to specify the evaluation type as part of the
expression string, e.g. `flagKey:evaluationType`:
```java
// Current — evaluationType is implicit
.filter().language("openfeature", "enrichment-enabled")
// Proposed — evaluationType is explicit in the expression
.filter().language("openfeature", "enrichment-enabled:isEnabled")
.filter().language("openfeature", "some-flag:boolean")
```
When the `:evaluationType` suffix is omitted, the current defaults apply
(`boolean` for predicates, `variant` for expressions).
@oscerd @davsclaus — what do you think? Is this worth adding, or are the
current defaults (+ the programmatic `properties` array API) sufficient?
