Thanks Claus. 1. Done in 1549c15e337a: `keycloak-consumer.adoc` now says that a poll after a long outage can be large, and that `maxResults` limits the page, not the poll. 2. Done in the same commit: a successful poll without any event before the first checkpoint sets the checkpoint to 0, so the next polls page. Two new tests (events and admin events: an empty first poll, then three events with `maxResults=2`) fail without it. 3. Agreed, no change. 4. Done: the option description now says it is the size of the first poll and the page size of the later polls. JSON, catalog and DSL updated. 5. Agreed, that belongs in its own JIRA.
