Review Comment:
Ship requires Linux (requireLinux() in ShipRuntime.java) and I don't
currently have access to a Linux host with OpenCode. The controller contract
tests (OpenCodeNativeWorkerTest) exercise handoff, recovery, boundary and
publication through the shared fixtures.
