Closing this as not planned. The cache this idea builds on was added for #692: SourcePojoToSchemaAndStructTransform computes the Kafka Connect schema once per POJO class and reuses it, so the cost is paid only on the first record of each type. Pre-populating it through a ServiceLoader was meant for component-based connectors that could ship precomputed schemas. The Kamelet-based connectors in 4.22.x don't produce such artifacts, and nobody has asked for this since 2020.
