[~smiklosovic] As long as we're sure {{DEFAULT_DURABLE_WRITES}} will remain 
{{true}} in perpetuity, a {{Values}} guardrail would work. The nice thing about 
that is this would make it possible to guardrail things like CEP-45 (mutation 
tracking) without making further code changes.
