Thank Rick; I think we're getting closer.
I was going to run the tests in the {{new-prepared}} branch of the JDBC driver,
but had problems figuring out how to build it, then realized that it needed
changes for {{CqlBindValue}} and {{CqlResultType}}, but had problems getting it
setup in eclipse (thrift not on the class path).
I'll try to get back to this tomorrow, but if you have any time to look at this
in the meantime, that would be great.
