AbstractCqlTuple.deserializeTuple and CqlUdt.deserializeUdt decode a component
with "length > 0 ? deserialize : null", so a zero-length value (empty text,
ascii or blob) is read as NULL; in the wire format only length -1 means NULL.
Exported rows therefore differ from what Cassandra stores. This change treats
length >= 0 as present, for tuples and UDTs in all bridge versions.
