The CDC event builder keys values by the quoted column name (toCQLString, e.g.
"order"), while the Avro schema is built from the raw identifier, so the field
lookup in CdcEventUtils and AvroJsonTransformer returns null and serialization
throws. The failing event is retried from the same position and is never
skipped. This change uses the same identifier form on both sides of the lookup.
