   Ability to select the account and user in the drop-down when adding to the 
project 
   
   Drop down should list the existing accounts and users in the system
   
   API calls 
   
   https://cloudstack.apache.org/api/apidocs-4.17/apis/addAccountToProject.html
   
   https://cloudstack.apache.org/api/apidocs-4.17/apis/addUserToProject.html
   
   
   It will be good to have this feature in case where the admin can quickly 
select the respective account and user when adding them to a project
   
   Currently, the admin has to manually type the Account name or the user name
    
   This is a minor/trival  ui enhancement
