However, it looks like the root cause is different from yours, because I saw some errors like `Failed to release resources for ip address` and `Unable to revoke all the firewall rules for ip` sometimes in my log, but you did not find it in your logs. I did not expect you dig into the management server logs. I just requested you to share some management server log as the logs might give some clue what the root cause is.
