Also tested just chaining snapshots on either primary or secondary. Thanks @JoaoJandre, just confirming that I also tested this on the latest commit and that it is in fact working as expected. By the way, while testing this behavior, I found out that if you have backup to secondary storage enabled, you cannot restore snapshots that are in primary storage. However, I verified that this behavior exists since 4.17.0.0, so your PR should be good to go without addressing this, as it is not a regression.
