   It would be nice if there were instructions to build the convenience binary 
(.vsix) in the README. When we vote on this, I'm going to want to follow 
instructions that are included in the source REAMDE to build a .vsix file, 
compare it to the release candidate, and install it into VSCode. Things like 
build requirements, dependencies, commands to build, etc. are important. I'd 
suggest that it be somewhat similar to the Daffodil README.
   
   The developers page is definitely useful for people want to do development, 
but for those just wanting to build, install, and play around with it, the 
instructions could be simpler.
