Verified the specified commits (commits
fc521603c22df1d3b89502cb097dca4807421958,
855215765f5e07aee80f130096c216fbbe8fff06) are included in the latest pull from
the daffodil repository.
Verified, via review, changes identified in the commit comments were
implemented.
Verified the affected daffodil subproject sbt test suites executed
successfully, including the modified and added tests.
This ticket was reopened by dev on 9-20-2024 due to a regression issue.
Verified that the ignoreUnexpectedValidationErrors flag was reverted to "true"
to fix the regression issue.
