Verified the specified commit (commit 5b9c377009b0b1cfcef10191124a54820ac48135)
is included in the latest pull from the daffodil repository.
Verified the version was was changed from 3.9.0-SNAPSHOT to 3.9.0 in the
build.sbt file.
