### What problem does this PR solve?

Problem Summary: SHOW COLLATION declares its Id and Sortlen columns as
VARCHAR even though both columns are numeric. MySQL Connector/J 5.1.x reads the
Id column with ResultSet.getObject() while building the collation mapping and
expects a Long, so the incorrect metadata causes a String-to-Long
ClassCastException during connection initialization. Report both columns as
BIGINT to match the MySQL protocol and Doris information_schema.collations
metadata.
