Enable Korean documentation in both production deployment workflows by setting `DORIS_ENABLE_KO=true` alongside the existing Japanese flag. Both entries continue to build every active version with `yarn build:publish` and verify every enabled managed locale before upload. The current merged Korean content is five machine translations; remaining documents use the existing English fallback with Korean status notices. Korean ordinary pages and scheduled translation generation keep their current configuration. Validation: Node 20 deployment YAML/environment checks passed, along with 40 relevant locale, workflow, and publishing tests (one existing Apache test skipped). Four-language Dev publishing checks are in progress; Build Check will run the complete four-language, all-version optimized publication and browser checks. Production deployment and live URL verification remain pending until this PR is reviewed and merged. This is T05 of the Korean rollout.
