Fixed in 8bd1d68d65a. The table-ID clear now runs under the same publication
gate as catalog invalidation, and warm-value ID repair uses that gate as well.
Added a concurrent bulk-invalidation/lookup test. The focused FE tests (72) and
FE build/Checkstyle pass.
