Review Comment:
[P2] Share known remote provider classes with FE admission
With a configured JuiceFS volume,
`HDFS('uri'='jfs://cluster/data.csv','format'='csv','csv_schema'='id:int','fs.jfs.impl'='io.juicefs.JuiceFileSystem','juicefs.cluster.meta'='redis://meta:6379/1')`
now fails before listing, even with `enable_local_tvf=true`. `HdfsProperties`
explicitly supports `jfs` and preserves these properties, but
`HadoopTvfAdmission` uses this raw-map `Route`: the explicit implementation
bypasses `REMOTE_SCHEMES` and becomes `UNKNOWN` because it is absent from
`REMOTE_IMPLEMENTATIONS`. Meanwhile `EffectiveRoute.provider()` explicitly
recognizes the same class as remote. Share the known remote implementation set
with FE admission and cover actual TVF construction so these supported remote
reads remain available.
