   [P2] Wait for the later eviction metrics
   
   `StorageMonitor` emits `VSF_EVICT_COUNT`, `VSF_EVICT_BYTES`, and 
`VSF_REJECT_COUNT` through separate consecutive calls. This latch releases 
while processing the count event, so the following bytes assertion can still 
run before its event is recorded, while the rejection assertion can incorrectly 
observe zero before that event arrives. Add aggregate waits for 
`VSF_EVICT_BYTES` and for at least one `VSF_REJECT_COUNT` event before reading 
their sums.
