Addressed in commit 994f525b51: removed the duplicate derbyConnectorRule.before() calls and the subclass teardown overrides from TaskQueueTest and TaskQueueConcurrencyTest. IngestionTestBase now owns the Derby fixture lifecycle. Both tests pass (36 tests total), and the indexing-service Checkstyle, PMD, and forbidden-API checks pass.
