   ### Description

The SQL editor now suggests query context parameters after `SET`. It loads
the public parameters from `sys.query_context_parameters` and shows each
parameter's type, default, description and deprecation in the completion popup.

   - The default shown is the one this Broker applies (`effective_value`), with
a note on where it comes from: the Broker dynamic configuration, the default
query context, or a runtime property.
   - Without `READ` permission on the `CONFIG` resource, the popup shows the
declared default and notes that the Broker may override it.
   - A default that is the value of a runtime property is shown as that
property.
   - Links in descriptions point to the Druid docs site. Only `https` links are
rendered.
   - Names that need quoting after `SET`, such as reserved keywords, are quoted.
   - If the table can't be read, such as on an older Druid, the editor falls
back to the previous fixed list.
