Review Comment:
Fixed in 4d040f9471. The console now selects `query_languages` and suggests
only parameters that SQL can provide, so `bySegment`, which SQL queries ignore,
is no longer offered. Three parameters that are read from the native query
context, which SQL passes through, were tagged JSON-only although they work
with `SET`: `maxRowsQueuedForOrdering`, `maxSegmentPartitionsOrderedInMemory`
and `setProcessingThreadNames`. They now also list `SQL`, so they stay in the
completions.
