### Description Building `grpc-query` fails on macOS 27, which does not ship Rosetta: ``` protoc-gen-grpc-java-1.52.0-osx-aarch_64.exe: program not found or is not executable ``` The code generator was hard-coded at 1.52.0, whose `osx-aarch_64` artifact is an x86_64 binary. grpc-java ships a universal binary since 1.76.0 ([grpc/grpc-java#12319](https://github.com/grpc/grpc-java/pull/12319)). This PR adds a `grpc.version` property shared by `grpc-bom` and `protoc-gen-grpc-java`, moving the code generator to the runtime's 1.84.2. Dependabot can't see the version inside the plugin configuration, so sharing the property also keeps the two in step from now on. Tested on macOS 27 (Apple Silicon, no Rosetta): `grpc-query` builds and its tests pass. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
