   ### Current Behavior
   
   The configuration of yAxis.nameTextStyle.fontSize and 
xAxis.nameTextStyle.fontSize is not working, whether it is given a larger value 
or a smaller value.
   
   
   
   ### Expected Behavior
   
   yAxis.nameTextStyle.fontSize and xAxis.nameTextStyle.fontSize can work
