ThanksŲ but removing the three cases with nothing in place would break NTZ
casts entirely, since this file short circuits before isAllowedCast runs
Did you mean this instead?
`case c: Cast if isNTZ(c.dataType) || isNTZ(c.child.dataType) => true`
