the change and passed afterward:

mvn -pl backends-bolt -Pspark-3.5,backends-bolt,java-17 spotless:check

- `make jar_spark35` passed with JDK 11, reusing existing native libraries
and Maven dependencies (2m 19s). This target skips style checks and test
execution.
- License header checks passed for all four changed files.
