### What would you like to be improved? In catalogs/catalog-jdbc-oceanbase/src/main/java/org/apache/gravitino/catalog/oceanbase/operation/OceanBaseTableOperations.java wrap column names with backticks to prevent syntax errors with unusual names. This shoudl be done in updateColumnPositionFieldDefinition, updateColumnDefaultValueFieldDefinition and updateColumnTypeFieldDefinition. ### How should we improve?
