Moved the Docker-based tests out of `catalog-jdbc-common` in 4a3272a2c0: `TestMysqlDataSource` is now in `catalog-jdbc-mysql`, and `TestPostgreSqlDataSource` is in `catalog-jdbc-postgresql`. `catalog-jdbc-common` no longer adds the MySQL/PostgreSQL drivers to its test runtime classpath.
