type `BadRequestException` (`openapi.yaml:419–422`), whereas this endpoint now
returns code `1001` and type `IllegalArgumentException` for query conversion
failures. This leaves the newly documented response inconsistent with the
behavior this PR introduces. Use an endpoint-specific example with the actual
illegal-arguments payload.
