Addressed the [two follow-ups](https://github.com/apache/gravitino/pull/14575#pullrequestreview-5762806077) in de9f290438: - Mapped `InvalidTopicException` to `IllegalArgumentException`, preserving Kafka's reason. An embedded Kafka/ZooKeeper regression verifies the name-collision case returns HTTP 400. - Documented the topic naming rules and added the `createTopic` 400 response to OpenAPI.
