I can confirm that I am able to shut down a topology cleanly on Minikube
when deploying without Helm charts. You might be using an old Helm chart or I
could be missing additionally required permissions, the PR currently has the
following:
```yaml
- apiGroups:
- apps
resources:
- statefulsets
verbs:
- create
- delete
- get
- list
- patch
- update
- watch
- deletecollection
```
