Hello, I will try to describe the procedure with more details. It's very close to what you have described though. Please hold on with reproduction attempt and let me try again now since we are on 0.9.0 in production environment but without archival (1000 commits needed). I see that change from 0.7.0 to 0.9.0 without archiving is not causing any problems since it took place.
