## What is the purpose of the pull request
Due to the incorrect class being compared, bulk insert would still register
UDFs for a non-partitioned table. This PR fixes the right class in the
conditional.
## Verify this pull request
It is already covered by
`TestHoodieDatasetBulkInsertHelper#testBulkInsertHelper` but we did not catch
because for Row writer `NonpartitionedKeyGenerator` always returns empty
partition path.
