Description: Hudi 1.0 is a huge upgrade with many new features and
foundamental spec changes. The existing
documentation([https://hudi.apache.org/docs/deployment#upgrading-to-100)] can
be improved by adding more examples/code snippets to boost users' confidence of
upgrading to Hudi 1.0 (was: Hudi 1.0 is a huge upgrade with many new features,
and the upgrade from 0.14+ Hudi to 1.0 takes many steps including turning off
MDT, compacting log files on MOR tables, etc..
We should improve the migration guide by providing more details and concrete
examples/code snippets)
