Summary: Add improvements for Glue and Datahub Sync

Recently the hudi community has put out several PRs in order to add new
functionality to our existing glue and datahub related sync code paths. This PR
aims to consolidate all these changes into one PR. Here are the following prs

for glue/datahub catalog)
