Presto currently supports snapshot queries on COPY_ON_WRITE and read
optimized queries on MERGE_ON_READ Hudi tables.
Add ability to:
* Read *Incremental Queries* on on COPY_ON_WRITE Hudi tables
* *Snapshot* and *Incremental* Queries on MERGE_ON_READ Hudi tables
