[https://github.com/apache/hudi/pull/6751#issuecomment-1350468029] HUDI-4972 introduces the risk of building release artifacts with different versions of dependencies on M1 Macbook (note that the release manager needs to build the artifacts locally and push them to the staging area using the release script).
