After upgrading the docker images with Spark 3.5 (HUDI-7919), the command execution with pipe start to fail, e.g., `cat /tmp/root/hive.log | grep -i exception -A 10 -B 5` in `ITTestBase#saveUpLogs`. Since this method does not affect the functionality, only improving debuggability, the method is disabled.
