[I] Support list partition for HoodieHiveCatalog [hudi]

   At present, we have many methods in {{{}MetastoreClient{}}}, and we should 
provide unified support for all of them on the HoodieHiveCatalog interface, for 
example 
   listPartitions、getPartition ...
