### Task Description **What needs to be done:** Replace all existing Bitnami Kafka and ZooKeeper image references with the official apache/kafka distribution. This includes updating docker-compose.yml files, environment variable mappings (transitioning to KRaft where applicable), and any associated health check scripts. **Why this task is needed:** The currently used Bitnami images are no longer accessible or supported in our registry, creating a blocker for deployment.
