This issue was reviewed as part of the JIRA-migrated backlog triage. Findings: Although the linked PR #10769 was closed without merging, the requested Flink docs improvement has since landed by other means. `write.insert.cluster` — the option that addresses small-file merging for Flink insert (the root cause discussed in #10622) — is now documented in the Flink ingestion guide (`website/docs/ingestion_flink.md`) and in the generated config reference (`website/docs/configurations.md`), alongside the existing Flink compaction/clustering (table-services) docs.
