### Task Description **What needs to be done:** Land the `hudi-lakehouse` charts (Trino + agent gateway + optional vLLM), the `hudi-agent-gateway` service (agent loop, MCP server, chat UI, guarded Trino SQL tools, pluggable inference providers), and a one-command local minikube environment with a copy-me Spark ingestion example. **Why this task is needed:** Establishes the base foundation every other sub-issue builds on; verified end-to-end (Spark write → catalog sync → Trino query → grounded agent answer).
