This issue was reviewed as part of the JIRA-migrated backlog triage. Findings: This tracks a Flink enhancement (HUDI-4645) for batch incremental changelog queries, part of the author's PR sequence #6429 -> #6435 -> #6446. The issue body is only JIRA metadata, so the intent is captured in the linked PR #6446. That PR is still open, currently has merge conflicts (unmergeable), and has had no substantive activity since 2022, so it was never merged.
