### Describe the issue this Pull Request addresses RFC-110 needs to be reserved in the RFC catalog for the proposed native full-text search index before the full design is submitted for review. ### Summary and Changelog Add a single RFC catalog entry reserving RFC-110 for Native Full-Text Search Index and mark it as under review. No code was copied. ### Impact Documentation-only catalog update. There are no runtime, public API, storage format, configuration, dependency, or performance changes. ### Risk Level none ### Documentation Update This PR updates the RFC catalog.
