This issue was reviewed as part of the JIRA-migrated backlog triage (HUDI-9799). **Findings: not done, and the linked PR is closed without merging.** PR #13870 (`[HUDI-9799] Add metric of totalCorruptLogFiles when stream read`) is **closed and unmerged**. A closed-unmerged PR is not a fix, so the `status:pr-available` label here is misleading - it implies a patch awaiting review when there is none. Worth removing. The body carries only JIRA boilerplate, so the metric name in the title is the whole specification. If this is picked up again it would help to record: which reader path (Flink streaming read, Spark structured streaming, or both), whether the counter is per-split or per-job, and whether a corrupt log file should also be surfaced as a warning rather than only counted.
