This issue was reviewed as part of the JIRA-migrated backlog triage (HUDI-7255). **Findings: still open.** The body carries only JIRA boilerplate, and "roll out to production" has no meaning that can be verified from this repository - there is no artifact that would confirm or refute a rollout. Partial update support itself did land: PR #13498 (`[HUDI-8401][RFC-97] Add partial update support with merge mode`, merged 2025-07-15). So the plausible readings of this ticket are "declare the feature GA rather than experimental" or "enable it by default" - each of which needs a stated criterion (test coverage bar, benchmark, docs) to be closable. Suggest either restating it with that criterion or closing it in favour of the concrete siblings: #17244 (unit and functional tests), #17245 (delta streamer coverage), #17243 (AppendHandle logic) and #17115 (revisit `PartialUpdateMode`).
