This issue was reviewed as part of the JIRA-migrated backlog triage. It is being kept open. This row had been flagged for closure on merged PR #8422. That PR is *"[HUDI-6056] Validate archival configs alignment with cleaner"* - it stops archival outrunning an hours-based cleaner. This issue asks that timeline APIs honour the timezone override in `HoodieTableConfig` rather than using the system zone. Different component, different defect, and the PR does not reference this issue.
