CI patch: the `validate-pr` failure was on my side - the PR body used `## Summary / Why / Scope / Alternatives / Tests / Follow-ups` instead of the Hudi template's required section headings. I rewrote the body to use the exact template headings (`### Describe the issue this Pull Request addresses / Summary and Changelog / Impact / Risk Level / Documentation Update / Contributor's checklist`).
